Built in 1889 by Freeman Bohart (no relation to the Montana Freeman!), this 2 bedroom classic brick house is on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1998 the house was renovated back to all wood floors, stained glass, and a clawfoot tub. Additions include a toasty fireplace inside and an even toastier hot tub in the large, private back yard, full of summer flowers. There are two front porches and an enclosed back porch, which makes for a sunny breakfast nook on summer mornings. Conveniently located on a wide, quiet street, it's only five blocks to downtown, and there's a neighborhood store just around the corner. |
